As we age we start to appreciate just how incredible and important our skin is. There are many essential oils that I recommend for different skincare needs, but if you are looking for one product to use as part of your skincare regime then I just love Immortelle. This is a special blend of oils, rather than just one specific oil, and has been carefully created to nourish skin, keeping it youthful and healthy.
Essential oils have been used for centuries in beauty products and each oil in this blend has been specially selected for their powerful skincare and beautifying benefits. Immortelle is a blend of Frankincense Resin, Hawaiian Sandalwood, Lavender Flower, Myrrh Gum Resin, Helichrysum Flower, Rose Flower essential oils. This blend is easily absorbed into the skin, even at a cellular level, making Immortelle wonderfully nourishing. It promotes a smoother, more youthful appearance and helps to soften the appearance of scars and stretch marks. As a bonus, it also smells amazing, with a rich, spicy and woody aroma.
Immortelle comes in a rollerball bottle and is best applied to your face, neck and decolletage after cleansing, just roll it on in a light layer. Because of its purity you can also dab this around the sensitive under-eye area. I would let it absorb for around 30 minutes before applying any face cream and use it mornings and evenings to get the most benefit for your skin.
As well as divine skin care, Immortelle is also the oil of Spiritual insight and can assist in meditation or for giving comfort when you are feeling discouraged or distressed.
