This oil is brilliant to lift up your mood so I recommend using it in your diffuser for that extra lift during your day. This also helps to put you in the right mood for that workout!
This blend makes a great and natural alternative to artificial sweeteners and sugary drinks. Add a drop to your water for a tasty drink, I advise drinking this before working out for a bit of a boost. Also, drink a glass of water with a drop in before meals to help prevent overeating.
You can add a drop of this oil blend into your tea or coffee, instead of sugar. Even if you are not on a weight loss programme this is a great way of cutting out that extra sugar in your diet.
Add a couple of drops to a smoothie. If you are making smoothies as part of your diet then this is an added way to sweeten your smoothies, add some extra flavour, and also help with managing your hunger cravings.
